Hamilton Downtown Association social media first priority is promoting all of Downtown Hamilton and local businesses as a whole.

  • Hamilton Downtown Association social media tells the story of the entire Downtown and local business community.

  • Hamilton Downtown Association monitors the social media of all members and where appropriate and able will share posts via Instagram Story.  Posts linked to Hamilton Downtown Association will have a higher likelihood of sharing.

  • To have an anniversary, grand opening shared - contact HDA via email a week in advance.

  • To have an event highlighted please fill out the event form and submit the month prior to the event.

  • Preference will be given to posts that highlight several members, such as collaborative posts about fundraising opportunities, hours of operation, holiday sales and events, weekend events and Shop Local organized efforts.
